Our Products

Both of our products below are top of the line and are equal solutions to your dust control needs. If you are unsure of anything, please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions or need assistance.

Earthbind ®

Earthbind ® is a quality, versatile, and environmentally friendly biopolymer modified asphalt emulsion dust control agent. The chemistry of Earthbind® exhibits strong bonding of road fines and aggregates which ensure durable dust adhesion and suppression. This solution applies quickly and during the application, no road closures are needed.

Due to its formulation Earthind ® will add water resistance to the treated soil particles and will not re-solubilize in rainwater and wash off the road after curing. This is especially important in areas where the mitigation of sediment runoff from unpaved roads into streams is important. If Earthbind ® 100 happens to get on equipment or vehicles it can be washed off before curing.

It is important to note that this solution is Free of hazardous solvent, non-corrosive to metal, non-hazardous waste, non-flammable, not considered to be harmful to aquatic or mammal life, and not considered to be carcinogenic.

Lignin Sulfonate

Lignin sulfonate is derived from lignin in a plant, a naturally occurring polymer found in tree fibers that acts like glue holding the cellulose fibers of pulp together. It is a by-product of the wood pulping process that is known for its binding, dispersing, and emulsifying properties. This is an organic product that works by binding the road surface particles together.

We spray down water before application and the water evaporates from the lignosulfonate as it dries, and the dust particles are trapped by the high-viscosity, naturally sticky material. This product is especially good on roads containing higher levels of dirt and sand. In addition, over time some of the lignosulfonates become completely insoluble due to solar heating. Creating a waterproof and dustproof layer on the surface.

This product is non-corrosive and non-toxic. Lignin is certified organic and is also used in cattle feed and crop fertilizers.
